I'm a Stanford graduate (biology major), but it was so long ago that I never
crossed paths with Underhill or Cavalli-Sforza. This is dating myself, but
when I was in high school, I was taught that there were 48 chromosomes! We do
live close by, so I can visit the library when the fancy strikes me.
