= AA, TC = GA, and CC = GG.

and this would tell us what? (real question not trying to be smart alec).
Does anyone wonder which combinations are assigned to different areas .. like if you get an AA in 1116 would that be primarily found in IE, EA, NA, or A? and then they add these up? Or do they do this differently?
