No, you cannot "deduce" your haplogroup from your haplotype. There are
two reasons why it's impossible: first, think back to the time when the
defining SNP mutation appeared -- it occurred in exactly one man, whose
offspring have since then spread out to become a large population, but
that one man presumably had male relatives with essentially the same
haplotype. If there are any direct descendants of those relatives, they
are indistinguishable in terms of their haplotypes. Second, if the
defining mutation occurred, say, 30,000 years ago, there has been enough
time for 2-3 mutations on every STR locus since then. Some loci will
be found to match the ancestral values because of two canceling
mutations, but many others are going to be two steps away, and some
three steps away. Small percentages are going to be even farther.
You can guess your haplogroup, but that's about the limit.
