Just a slight quibble with your wording: all of the subclades of R1b will
retain the P25+ UEP (by definition, once the Unique Event Polymorphism mutation
has occurred, it is not expected revert). The subclades will have additional
mutations in other locations to define them. Maybe someday those mutations and
even more will be part of the commercial offerings.
