Julia:
The only thing of consequence noted by the crimewriter Patricia Cornwell
was that the victim, Ms. Colomb, was "sexually assaulted". There was no
direct mention of any DNA forensic evidence. Diane Sawyer did say,
however, that the 4 cases (including the Colomb case) were by then
connected. Sawyer said of the 5th case that "once again the killer left
behind his DNA". This suggests that DNA was found in on Ms. Colomb.
Don't know if this helps.

Well, now you know what to watch for so you can let us know who heard
what,
correctly. One thing that I noticed is that they only have so much time
and do
mislead by omission or skimming over facts, and one fact that they never
mentioned, and I was waiting to hear, is whether or not the girl named,
Colomb,
had DNA of the suspect on her, as during the investigation, they
continued to
say that her death had not been connected to the others.
