Definitely not.... In my Missouri family one of the Great Uncles went next
door to fix something at the widows house and nine months later she had a
baby boy.....The Great Uncle adopted the young lad and no one knows the
difference except our family that his mother was not his biological
mother....

So I always have an open mind when following my lineages as human nature and
behavior often shows up in the genes in the most unexpected way.....As I
said earlier here that Dr. Roper noted at his website 10% from some
source....and during war time this probably doubles or triples.....

You ask how adultery or infidelity could show up on paperwork. Have you
considered the situation, before these days of jet travel, where a soldiers
detailed military records show him to be in say Australia for 4 years and he
is shown as the father of a child in Canada.
It is a criminal offence in many countries to make a false declaration to
the Registrar of Births. We still await further news concerning the
non-paternity DNA results of those who died in September 2002.If you saw the
preliminary report on this list a figure of 37% of those tested is my
recollection.
