I forgot to answer that part -- actually, HVS-1 (or HVR1) is used almost
exclusively. Do you have examples of where HVR2 was used? Sometimes reports will
strip the 16000 part of a mutation (since everything in HVR1 starts with
16000), so that 16223 is 223 in the tables.
