I have another questions regarding one-step/two-step mutations.

Are there any specific alleles where I should expect to see one-/two-step mutations?

Is there a website that I could go to which would describe what a mutation in a specific allele should/would do to a genealogy/family tree?

Should I be investigating mutations on the first 12 markers? or do I wait until 13-25 results are in?
