Choice of testing firms is an important DNA topic. People need valid,
objective information. I don't know why delving into the truth bothers you so much.
You also got upset when John Chandler corrected you on your assertions about
MRCA. The main purpose of the list is to make sure people get the correct facts.
<<Perhaps I am a plant, an FTDNA lackie.... >>
Those are your thoughts, not mine. I had no real explanation for why you go
out of your way to trash other firms. Today, you trashed DNAHeritage even after
Charles had stated that he had made a mistake.
<<perhaps lead some to wonder about your apparently "close" relationship with
DNAHeritage. >>
Why would correcting misinformation about a company lead a rational person to
that conclusion. If I had a close relationship, I would be making claims that
one was better than the other. You simply never noticed the kudos I post
about other companies. I post shortcomings for each company, as well.
Unlike you, I am interested in giving listers objective comparisons of the
three companies. I have recommended all three at one time or another, depending
on project goals. The best situation is for group administrators to find the
company that fits his/her group.
