I would think the most likely explanation is a 1-step mutation from 23, 11,
13 --- the "sub-clade" of R1b which is associated with
Holland/Denmark/NWGermany as its strongest region. This just tilts the odds
of course: it could have been 2-step or 3-step mutations from the other two
varieties of R1b, but this occurs with smaller probability.
If your Lucas name comes from the British Isle the Anglo-Saxons or Danish
Vikings could have brought this R1b to those areas.
