Although most of R1b might have DYS392=13, there are a number of lines
who are R1b and have DYS392=14.

I have tested positive for R1b (P25+) and have DYS392=14. The current
McGee modal haplotype has DYS392=14. This haplotype matches 25/25 with
Mullikin, Eckhardt, Cowan, Gilmore, Vickery, Harrison, Sinor, MacAulay,
and Dorsey surnames. There are another 20 or 30 unique surnames with
close matches (a total of 98 matches at FTDNA within genetic distance of
2, including a Flanagan).
