This double order can happen if you, inadvertently, click twice to submit
your order. As Adm. of several DNA Projects I have had this happen only a
couple of times and when I received notice of two kits having been order, I
immediately asked the person ordering whether they intended to order two Test
Kits. In both cases, they contacted FTDNA and canceled one of the Kits before it
was charged to their credit card.
