James et al.: DNAHeritage is going to turn cartwheels, brake dance, offer incredible deals - for now - just to stay afloat (again). No company offers the range of services (including DNA storage, a customer personal webpage, and haplogroup prediction) or has the top end customer satisfaction rating or the track record of FTDNA. If you wish to level some valid criticism, try OA for charging as much for 10 markers as FTDNA does for 37!
