I have 189C in a U2 so I don't think that mutation has much diagnostic value.
Back in 2003 Dr. Richard Villems from Eastonia University looked at the
results and confirmed it was haplogroup U2. He mentioned that it contained the rare
mutation 092 C which is found in one branch of U.
