Charles,
Thank you for the link for an understandable explanation of eye color.
Explains why in my family (four children), my father had brownish-grey eyes
while my mother's eyes were blue. My eyes are blue-grey (very dark in
color), two of my brothers have normal blue eyes (nothing outstanding in
shade, intensity, etc). My third brother has brown eyes.
