Yes indeed. There is a valley in NW Pakistan, one mountain range from
Afghanistan --- Swat Valley. When I was through there in 1980s there were a
quite a few blue eyes --- not brown or hazel, but blue. The people there say
they descend from troops of Alexander the Great's army. Blue prevails in
British Isles, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, northern slavic areas, and
many other places.
