Subject: Question on Test Results Numbers..E3b&R1b

Just a general question here. My brother's R1b has just 2 near matches..a
couple of two step mutations, but my husband just got his E3b back and seems to
have about 15 exact matches. I have read his E3b is common among Spanish and
Sephardic Jews, but so many matches. Is there a general reason no one would
match my brother and so many my husband? Thanks anyone. Margretta
