Jeffrey, Your attitude puzzles me. From whom should the answers come? The
hobbyists who have knowledge about specific haplogroups were not born with
it: they invested time in acquiring it. People can't answer questions for
which they do not have the answers. Everyone is free to master a haplogroup
if they are interested in it. If you are refering to the testing labs ---
that they should answer --- then I tell you I rarely get informative answers
from them about a major haplogroup like I1a. The most information I get on
this List is from other amateurs who have bothered to master one piece of
the field or another.
