All:

New GAP Forum "turn on block" is located in your "Project Profile"
subpage of your GAP Page. There is a block there that when you check it
and click on the update button, it then makes the link to your new Forum
visible when someone searches at FTDNA on your surname and finds your
surname project. Once they find your surname project in the
FamilyTreeDNA database, your Surname Project link is shown, and you
click on it, you then will see the project profile, assuming the GAP has
clicked the Forum turn on switch block, per above. Displayed in the
public view of the project is then found the link to the new public
Forum. Unchecking the block in the GAP Project Profile page I would
assume makes the public Family Forum disappear. I am still playing
around with this to see how things work. If others have tried it please
chime in.
