I happen to be a 24/11/13 R1b with a 17 at 456 and my roots are in Iberia
probably Basque.

Would you comment on a 24/11/13 R1b with a 17 at 456? The surname origin is
in Scotland, but my paper trail so far only goes back to Ulster. There was
a known heavy migration of the surname to Londonderry in the early 17th
century.
