I have not either ... but I have seen a 23 in an otherwise
perfectly ordinary and perfectly normal Somerled type, who are
normally 25 there.
This person should fork over for the FTDNA 37 marker test.
I suppose they could start with the Trace Genetics SNP
test, however.
