The NOEL project has DNA participants with ancestors documentable from France, or more properly Alsace-Lorraine, in 1736. I don't know if any of those results have been uploaded to Ysearch or the other database that all of you are constantly referring to, but I know the documentation on the Joseph Noel line in this DNA project. Other NOEL immigrants, once thought to be possibly related have shown NOT to be related to the Alsace guys.
