Hello, Bill,

Very true. However, I was not thinking about any files that are
restricted. There are many pdf files which are free to download from
many sites that others may not have come across or thought to check. I
was thinking more of a one place repository for those types of files. I
actually was not thinking of files that must be purchased in order to
have access.
