That title, Journal of Medical Genetics, is in Gale's Health and Wellness
Resource Center database. However, no 2005 issues appear to be in the
database at this time.

A search of WorldCat shows 455 libraries that own this title. You should
be able to ILL a copy of the article from your local library.
