I downloaded Fluxus and got it to work by looking in the 2004 archives. I
was able to make a simple diagram for some of our Fox Project members. In
the archives, however, I see a lot about weighting the markers inversely to
their mutation rates. I can't see how you put these weights into a ych
file. Can anyone help me?
