Where is the new R1a diagram?
Costa, These phylogenetic diagrams would be much more useful if you would
just take one haplotype representative of each cluster and label it in your
diagrams with the Ysearch code number and in decently large font. That is
why I don't suggest labeling lots of the haplotypes; there would be lots of
clutter with code numbers. Then we could check for ourselves if your tree
clusters are corresponding with numerical haplotype clusters, and if so
which with which?
