In a message dated 5/22/2005 7:32:22 A.M. Pacific Standard Time,
Half the time a mutation in a
43 marker haplotype is seen between the two cousins and half the time the
cousins still match.
This is really "the other side of the coin" of my interpretation --
Obviously the 50% which has no mutation after 4 generations still match. And equally
obviously that 50% will have some kind of distribution across the number of
generations to the first observed mutation - 5, 6, 7, etc.
