You also have a question on DYS439. There is the same
mutation in different lines. It is possible that it is
a parallel mutation, but you also want to consider
whether one line is misplaced.

A lot will depend on how good the documentation is by
modern standards. However, when you see a lot of
mutations in lines connecting to a well-known figure
in family lore, it is a good idea to be little
suspicious. Old-time "professional" genealogists could
work wonders for their clients.
