Hi all,

I finally received a reply from NGS about the problem I reported where mtDNA
data transferred over from FTDNA was not showing up on the "Your
Mitochonrial HVR I Sequence" and on the "Genetic Certificate." The actual
problem was resolved long ago.

I also complained to them that there was no way to reach the Project on the
"Contact Us" page. Now there is: "Genographic Project" is on the list of
E-mail addresses.

Thanks to NGS for quickly resolving the problem and to Max Blankfeld at
FTDNA for an assist.
