Descendants of the aboriginal people of an area are both "native" and
"indigenous" to that area. "Native" and "indigenous" people of an area
are not, necessarily, "aboriginal."
Look: If precision is unimportant to you, you can call the original
people of a given place whatever you please, but by using the term with
the least ambiguity there is a better chance other people will
understand what it is you're trying to say.
