Thanks... It is time all of the coordinator take DNA testing to the next
level with deep SNP testing
to close the gap between recent STRs and ancestral SNPs.
It is my hope that you and Jim are pushing the other academics to sit up and
take
notice of our little bunch of folks (39,000 at FTDNA alone) that are
clamoring
for more detailed DNA testing.
Please, keep us posted.

We have all the known subclades pinned down (e.g., for Haplogroup J) using
the now unavailable 2005 chart (or perhaps it has just gone into hiding). I
am glad I have my framed copy here to relay information to my colleague who
is constructing the primers. Your wish will come true in about a week.
