To all who originated, planned, and authored - superb!

I have long maintained that this List contains a diverse pool of talent in the field of genetic genealogy that can be found no where else, and certainly not in such concentration. It never ceases to amaze me as to what List members will come up with. This is guaranteed winner! This publication has been badly needed for some time since there is really no other academic forum where we could disseminate knowledge of the research tools we have designed, our various study findings, and so on. I predict that this will make the academic community sit bolt upright (especially when they see the academic credentials of the Board Members), see what we are doing, and realize that people on this List are way ahead of the academic pack in cutting edge research.

This is a joyous occasion and perhaps sufficient for me to open the bottle of lemoncello brought back from Capri to celebrate something of significance - this fits the bill.

I guess I should spiff up my Central Asia to Scandinavia paper (70 pages) and submit it for review. Well, I have other fish to fry at the moment, but soon.

Thank you all for your dilligent hard work in bringing this journal to fruition.

David F.
