You can copy and paste the data, usually. Certainly from the ftdna project
results template page and I would suspect, any html table on an independent
project site.

email me if you have an example you can't do. I just copy and pasted the
Kennedy ftdna results page at ftdna, it was just two key strokes in a blank
Excel sheet.
