Until batch #115, I have been getting results back earlier than forcasted.
There was one exception recently in batch #111; however, that was due to
one panel needing a rerun. This does happen from time to time and since
the lab has a good QC/QA program in place any questionable results cause
the sample to be rerun.

Batch #115, however, is taking longer than forecast. I have four in this
batch -- all Y-DNA. I just got back results on two on the first two panels
-- so these were delayed by a few days. All the third panels are due
today, so they are not yet late. I still have the first two panels due on
one project member, so that is slightly late. All in all, I continue to be
satisfied with FTDNA.

If anyone has project members who have results way overdue, I suggest that
you contact Bennett or Max. That is the fastest and best way to find out
why.
