Welcome, Emily, to the Genealogy-DNA mail list. There are over 780*
subscribers who are a mixture of project administrators and participants,
persons still considering DNA tests, and even some representatives of the
various testing services. Yes, there are a number of ISOGG members
subscribed to the list.

You'll see that the types of posts vary widely from the most basic questions
about DNA testing to some very technical discussions. But whatever your
interests might be, you're very likely to find someone who will be able to
help.

* The 780 number is actually somewhat inflated since some people are
subscribed in both list mode and digest mode and are being counted twice.

I'm new to this email list and was wondering about a few things. Is this
list mostly comprised of administrators for various DNA Surname Projects or
just genealogists interested in DNA?

I'd also like to know if there are any members of the list who are members
of ISOGG?
