This is interesting in a way.

In my project only one family, a group of 14 individuals we are pretty
certain are all related probably back about the mid 1600s and two we can
not connect or likely connect well back before that time frame, have tested
with the 15.3 value on DYS464b. Actually, only 9 out of the 14 have been
tested on the extended 37 marker test. None of the others, 120 out of
nearly 350 total tested, have this value. Their other values on DYS464
from Relative Genetics differ from yours so it is unlikely that there is
any connection in historical times. But I have found this value curious
since we first saw it pop up.
