I checked at Ysearch.org for C3 and found the Stout name, which is
German. There are Stout's here in my PA Deutsch area. Can't tell by
Ysearch if he was SNP tested but someone on this List said he was. Most
other names are non-European in origin. Here is the link.

If by chance my Hunsicker testee comes out C3 or Q or something other
than R1b, R1a, or I, then I will order a battery of SNP tests from you
to drill down into it.
