Glen, Are we looking at different data bases? I find 63 Ix haplotypes in
Sorenson with 19,19 at YCAIIa,b. I find 0 Ix haplotypes in Sorenson with
19,21 at YCAIIa,b. The heart of my root definition of Ix consists of the
pair DYS455 = 10 and DYS454 = 12.

Are you talking about the other unusual I clade with 10,10 at 459a,b, etc.?
It is bi-modal at YCAIIa,b --- 19,19 or 19,21. This cluster is presently
known to be P38+ but negative for I1a and I1b, hence either I1c or I1* with
the latter more likely in my view. A M223 test for at least one member of
this cluster is due any day from EA.
