Well, you need a code book here Doug to convert their notation to "our" system, but I think I have it figured out.

The DYS 15 to 17 who are also DYS390 = 25 are mostly R1a (50% or more of Ethnic Russians are R1a). The YCAIIa/bmotif associated with these values are stictly 151/159 which doubtless translates to 19/23 which is almost universal (with the exception of Norway) in all of the R1a world yet tested for this marker - Russia and points west and small samples in the Middle East and India.

I don't see anything there that would suggest that they observed the motif that I have hypothesized would be found in large numbers of Central Asians who are R1a1-M17, YCAa/b = 19/21. Considering that this is a European population this is expected as to date, other than Norway, it has only been observed in Syria and India.
