New data from FTDNA was posted last night and itI happened to include
yet another brother from the Adams NULL 439 family.
This brother also has a good value of 12 for DYS 439 and he
splits the mutations between the other two results nicely
The 3 men have a [probable] MCRA about the year 1730.
I have updated the file at
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~jswdna/null439.htm
with the new data.
So it does look like the Adams NULL 439 is NOT a part of the other grouping
But is does say that what ever is going on with 439 it has happened
at least twice - thus it could be many times.
Yes we do not know that the exact causes and they could be different,
but the results we see are the same and caution is advised on making the
groupings.
