the critical marker is the 11,21 at YCAIIa/b. This is apparently unique to
I1b2. If someone shares this with you then you have a common ancestor
sometime in say the last 5-10 thousand years, if they don't have it then you
probably don't have a recent common ancestor. (I say probably because based
on our developing understanding of multicopy markers, there are possibly
I1b2s with 21,21 but they will be very very rare).
