That's incorrect. I have done a study on all of them using R1b
data from Ysearch. Also, there exists the data in the original
publication of most of these markers on the allele value
variance, which gives some idea of the relative mutation rate.
My study uses statistical methods, not father-son pairs or pedigrees,
so is less reliable, but it still gives some idea of the
relative rates, which can be calibrated on the older markers.
