Ann,

My yDNA Haplogroup page at FTDNA doesn't show any exact matches or one-step mutations. There are 7 two-step mutations, all R1b (5 from the British Isles and 2 from unknown locations). There are 39 three-step mutations, with one Q from Russia (Altai Siberian) and all the rest R1b's. And there are 151 four-step mutations, with three Qs (one from Sri Lanka and two Native Americans from the U.S) and all the rest R1b's.

... I have seen cases reported where predictions based on individual markers list
multiple haplogroups in almost equal proportions, but FTDNA has exact and
near matches for just one haplogroup. Maybe you posted this already, but on the
haplogroup tab of your personal results page, which haplogroups are listed as
exact matches or one-step, two-step, three-step, and four-step mutations?
