Once you have the SNP test (M69+) for Haplogroup H, that's definitive, and
you can disregard any other haplogroups that show up on the "prediction" page.
The C3 under the "4 Step Mutations" section means that if four markers were
different, then you would match a C3. But four markers out of twelve are quite a
few differences, and most people will see another haplogroup sneak in when you
loosen up the criteria.
