That's an illustrative counterexample, and it reinforces Ken's earlier
comment about making sure to look at 447 and H4 as part of the value set
pointing to Frisian. 464 by itself may indicate a possibility, but it
deserves some support from other markers if one is going to use it for
diagnostic purposes on S21. (And on other clades too, to generalize from a
specific instance.)
