Hello everyone,

Noticed,that the FTDNA database is growing nicely -
helped by the genographic project participants adding
their results.

2459 SURNAME PROJECTS!
25085 unique surnames
47180 Y-DNA records in the database
14009 distinct 12-marker haplotypes
16456 distinct 25-marker haplotypes
13280 mtDNA records in the database

Bennett had told me some time ago,that the Genographic
project would possibly have 100k participants by 1st
January,2006.

My closest mismatches are from the genographic
project.
