Since your haplotype is rather unusual, though I agree it is R1a of
some sort, I would eschew both NGS and FTDNA, both of which test only
the most upstream marker, SRY10831, and pay for the EthnoAncestry
R1a subclade test. It is faintly possible that, being rather eastern
in nature, and close to Asia, you may in fact be some sort of
Asian subclade. This is a remote shot, however. Ask your
bank account.
