IF this is an ISOGG issue why is it being discus on RootsWeb ?

further more, since the bulk of us on ISOGG haven't a clue as to what has
been discus privately [and in some cases on this List] this is a non issue
at the moment

who ever "they" are, a hand full at most [who just recently joined ISOGG
for the most part], do not represent ISOGG and our mission "as a whole" ...

from my way of thinking ... what ever this "update [of] the YCC
phylogenetic chart" by a selected group of amateur genetic genealogist
[with or without suffix's on their names] is all about, has no bases
without the academic community seal of approval ...

so getting all hot under the collar at this point is a waste of time ...

to alleviate further turmoil in the future of this nature, I think it would
be wise to post "suggestion for ISOGG" in the proper porthole for
consideration :)
