Well, at first sights I have used FT DNA conventions consistently. But I
hope someone will double check a couple of my extractions concerning the H4
values?

Good point. This might be the problem! My SMGF extraction was using the
input screen as an FT DNA haplotype, and 10 did not get many hits.
