The table on R1b SNPs has been updated

1) I have added columns for the two newly announced SNPs S28 and S29.
S26 (aka Little SNP or L1) has been renamed.
2) I have recoded haplogroup for S21+ to R1b1c/S21+
3) We now have 50 publicly identified individuals that have been
genotyped with S21. At this point we have 13 or 26% S21 positive.
4) We have had the exciting addition of two new R1b SNPs
